The Reily Center employs several trainers, all of whom hold nationally recognized certifications, a degree in Exercise Science, or a related field. The exercise professional you choose will develop a fitness program with your specialized needs in mind. Get the attention you deserve! All INITIAL personal training package purchases include one free fitness assesment!
*Personal Training sessions conducted by non-Reily Personal Trainers are not allowed in the Reily Student Recreation Center.

To request a personal trainer:
(1.5 hours – includes Fitness Consultation and Weight Room Orientation if desired)
A Fitness Assessment includes an evaluation of the five major fitness components, including; body composition, cardio-respiratory fitness, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility. In addition, a health risk appraisal will be done that includes measuring your heart rate, blood pressure, and screening for cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. The personal trainer will provide post-assessment fitness recommendations.
(1 hour – includes Weight Room Orientation if desired)
A Fitness Consultation provides an opportunity to meet with a Personal Trainer to discuss your fitness related goals. This one hour session can be used for a weight-room orientation, a re-design of your current exercise program, or just a motivational boost. A trainer can help you get on the right track to living that healthier lifestyle you have always dreamed of.
This session is one-on-one time with a personal trainer to “demystify” the weight room. The basics of strength training, free weights, machines (locations and proper use), and general exercise habits (frequency, intensity, duration, mode, etc.) will be covered. Learn all about what our weight room has to offer!
