Personal Fitness Assessment and Weight Room Orientation (1.5-hours)
The personal fitness assessment provides members with the opportunity to learn about their current fitness level and provides a basic orientation to the Weight Room.  With information gathered, the Personal Trainer will discuss ways to achieve fitness goals. This package does not include the creation of a fitness plan. For help creating a fitness plan, a personal training session package should be purchased.

10 sessions: $300 / Member
10 buddy sessions: $250 / Student (both individuals must be Tulane Students)

30-Minute Personal Training Sessions
5 sessions: $130 / Member

1-Hour Personal Training Sessions

Small Group Training Sessions

Small Group Training is a unique experience that combines the individualized instruction of Personal Training with the community atmosphere of Group Fitness Classes. Participants will receive one-on-one attention with the help of a certified Personal Trainer or Group Exercise Instructor. These programs are a great lower cost alternative to Personal Training.

Session 1: January 23 – March 8 (No Class 2/27 – 3/1)
A). Monday & Wednesday, 6:15am – 7:15am ($120/participant)
B). Tuesday, 5:45 – 6:45pm ($60/participant)

Session 2: March 13 – April 26 (No Class 3/27-3/29)
A). Monday & Wednesday, 6:15 – 7:15am ($120/participant)
B). Tuesday, 5:45 – 6:45pm ($60/participant)

If you have a group of 4-8 individuals who have similar goals and are able to train at the same time contact the Assistant Director of Fitness & Wellness, Hannah Stiller, hstille@tulane.edu to create a program for your group!

Pilates Reformer Programs

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination in the legs, abdominals, arms and back.  The Pilates Reformers provide added resistance training to the typical mat Pilates exercises.

1-Hour Pilates Reformer Private Sessions    
5 sessions: $250 / Member
10 sessions:  $430 / Member

1-Hour Pilates Reformer Duet Sessions (Two People, both individuals must be members)
5 sessions: $190 / Member
10 sessions:  $350 / Member

Free Health Assessments

Tulane Campus Recreation hosts FREE health assessments nearly every Tuesday, 5-7pm in the Reily Atrium. Health Assessments consist of height, weight, BMI, body fat percentage, basal metabolic rate and trunk lift measurements… all for FREE! Information about Campus Rec personal training and nutrition consultations are also available at each of the health assessment events. This service is offered for FREE by Tulane Medical School students.
