The Department of Campus Recreation invites students and staff alike to boost their metabolism, wellness, and confidence by participating in our 50+ FREE Group Exercise classes offered weekly! Not sure what type of class you’d like to take or unsure of a class name? Custom Fitness Class

Creating your own fitness class is a perfect way for groups to get fit and have fun together!  Campus Rec fitness instructors will teach a personalized class at the Reily Center or at your on-campus location.

Registration Fee: 
1 – 25 participants: $45 / hour
26 – 50 participants: $55 / hour
51 – 75 participants: $65 / hour

Silver Sneakers® Fitness Program & Active Older Adult 50+

The SSFP is a fun, energizing program that helps older adults take greater control of their health.  It is offered in partnership with select health plans at no additional cost to Medicare-eligible members.  The AOA50+ program is designed to address the needs of more active older adults. AOA50+ classes emphasize low impact, moderate intensity, slow and controlled movement, core stabilization & proper alignment in order to provide a safe and effective workout.
