Martial Arts Classes

Kendo

Kendo, literally “the way of the sword,” is the martial art of Japanese fencing.  Kendo is practiced with a flexible bamboo sword called a shinai.  The shinai and protective equipment allow the Kendoist to practice realistic sword techniques with full contact but without fear of injury.  All levels are welcome in this class.  See our Martial Arts page for more information.
