You may also pick up an application at the Reily Center. | BABYSITTER --OPEN-- | Pay Rate: $6.15 per hour | Position Summary - Take responsible care of the children using the babysitting service, plan activities for the children and collect the appropriate fee.
Minimum Qualifications - 16 years of age (Tulane student preferred)
- Adult, Child, and Infant CPR certification
- Ability to care for infants and toddlers in a safe and caring manner.

| FRONT DESK ATTENDANT --OPEN-- | Pay Rate: $6.15 per hour | Position Summary - Ensure entry to eligible persons only into the building. Answer the telephone and direct calls to the appropriate staff. Take reservations for tennis courts, racquetball courts, spinning, etc... Issue lockers, towels and sports equipment. Operate cash register in the sale of guest passes and equipment rental.
Minimum Qualifications - 16 years of age (Tulane student preferred)
- Adult CPR certification

| ATHLETIC COURT SUPERVISOR --OPEN-- | Pay Rate: $6.15 per hour | Position Summary - Promote and enforce tennis court policies, maintain tennis court and report any maintenance problems, check IDs for entrance.
Minimum Qualifications - 18 years of age (Tulane student preferred)
- Adult CPR certification and First Aid
- Demonstrate strong reasoning, interpersonal and public relation skills.

| WEIGHT ROOM ATTENDANT --OPEN-- | Pay Rate: $6.15 per hour | Position Summary - Ensure participant adherence to the Weight Room Guidelines. Complete weight room environmental tasks including: disinfecting machines and water fountains, cleaning mirrors and windows, picking up free weights and trash, etc. Maintain and enforce system for participant usage on cardiovascular machines. Record and report equipment and other facility problems in a timely fashion. Assist participants and answer questions.
Minimum Qualifications - 16 years of age (Tulane student and be familiar with exercise principles preferred)
- Current CPR certification; first aid recommended.
- Demonstrate strong reasoning, interpersonal and public relation skills.

Aquatics PositionsContact: Kate Huberty @ 247-1262 Swim Instructors Contact: Michelle Riley @ 314-2079| LIFEGUARD --OPEN-- | Pay Rate: $6.75 per hour | Position Summary - Ensure the safety of all patrons through proper lifeguarding techniques. Some maintenance responsibilities as related to pool safety and cleanliness.
Minimum Qualifications - 16 years of age
- Current Lifeguard Training and CPR-Professional Rescuer Certifications.(American Red Cross, preferred)
- Demonstration of proper lifesaving techniques.

| SWIMMING INSTRUCTOR --OPEN-- | Pay Rate: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour | Position Summary - Ensure the safety of all class participants while teaching group or private swimming lessons. Prepare lesson plans for every class following American Red Cross guidelines, and have the ability to teach all ages and levels of swimmers.
Minimum Qualifications - 17 years of age
- Current Water Safety Instructor Certification (American Red Cross)
- Current CPR certification
- Demonstrate knowledge of teaching skills for all skill levels

Fax both forms to 862-8764 or drop them off at the Reily Center Member Services Office. | MEMBER SERVICES ASSISTANT --OPEN-- | Position Summary - Provide accurate and timely information about the facility, memberships, programs, and services in a professional and courteous manner. This position is accountable for accurate collection and reporting of program and membership information and fees. A Member Services Assistant is also responsible for accurate data entry. They will serve as receptionist to all of the department's professional staff. The Member Services Assistant will also be able to operate basic office equipment (fax, copier, multi-button phone) as well maintain the Member Services filing system. They will adhere to all departmental policies. The Member Services Assistant must be able to meet and perform all duties stated below:
Minimum Qualifications - Highschool degree required. Current enrollment in a university preferred.
- Basic computer skills in a Windows enviroment required.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to handle several tasks at once with frequent interruptions.
- Honesty and integrity in all aspects of business and personal life.
- Previous sales or office experience preferred.

Main duty is front desk coverage; answering the telephone, directing calls to the appropriate staff, and handling walk-ins in a courteous and timely manner. Assist Project Assistant with timesheet preparation, supply inventory, and filing. Assist other staff with preparing bulletin boards, some data entry, and running errands.
Minimum Qualifications - 17 years of age (Tulane student preferred)
