Barre Primary Instructor Certification

The PulsePointe barre format seamlessly weaves together traditional muscle sculpting barre choreography with exhilarating cardio segments to define and challenge the body in a whole new way. PulsePointe takes barre to the next level by matching each barre segment with its own upbeat song to motivate and energize your class from start to finish! Those who successfully pass the certification may also be considered for hire at the Reily Center!

Pilates Fundamentals For Group Exercise Instructors Workshop

This program was developed to help group fitness instructors dive into the exciting and rewarding world of Pilates. Instructors will learn the six core Pilates principles and how to efficiently apply them in class. They will master proper form and technique for the fundamental Pilates exercises and learn how to choreograph a creative, effective, and fun Pilates class. Those who successfully complete this workshop may be considered for hire at the Reily Center!

Better get there a little early though, because there are limited boards available for these classes.
