Indoor Cycling Classes*

  • FREE Trial Week: January 16 – January 22
  • Single Class Pass: $5
  • Semester Pass: Included in Student Tuition / $35 Non-Student Member
  • 13 classes offered weekly 30 to 60 minutes
  • View full Cycling schedule here or pick one up in the Reily Center Atrium.

*To take a Cycling class, purchase a pass (valid for one class per day) in Member Services.  Arrive 10-minutes early for class set-up.

Kendo Free Trial

Kendo, literally “the way of the sword,” is the martial art of Japanese fencing.  Kendo is practiced with a flexible bamboo sword called a shinai.  The shinai and protective equipment allow the Kendoist to practice realistic sword techniques with full contact but without fear of injury.  All levels are welcome in this class.

Free Personal Fitness Assessment and Weight Room Orientation (1.5-hours)

The personal fitness assessment provides members with the opportunity to learn about their current fitness level and provides a basic orientation to the Weight Room.  With information gathered, the Personal Trainer will discuss ways to achieve fitness goals. This package does not include the creation of a fitness plan. For help creating a fitness plan, a personal training session package should be purchased.
